What is the dress code?
Business casual. Event spaces are located across multiple rooms and temperatures may fluctuate widely. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear and layers.
Will meals be provided?
Breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided. If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please specify them when completing your registration form or submit your request here.
Do you have amenities for nursing parents?
Great Place To Work offers free breastmilk shipping through MilkStork. Pump in your hotel room or reserve our Nursing Parents room in advance with info@lomaagency.com or onsite at our Registration Desk. To ship milk, arrange in advance with info@lomaagency.com or inquire at our Registration Desk.

What are the event's safety precautions?
The Great Place To Work® team is dedicated to ensuring a great experience and keeping you safe during any ongoing conditions. The event will continue to adhere to the CDC and local health agency recommendations and will update event health policies as necessary.
What is the event's anti-harassment policy?
The Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone (regardless of the following (but not limited to): gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion). We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any event venue, including talks. Summit participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference (without a refund) at the discretion of the event organizers. See full policy here.

Tickets
Can I buy event tickets when I get to the Summit?
This event has a limited quantity of tickets available and they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are any tickets left, they will be sold on site. For the best chances of getting a spot at the sessions you’d like to attend, register for your preferred ticket in advance to secure your place!
Can I buy a ticket for just one session?
At this time, no.
Is there a virtual option if I can’t attend in person?
At this time, no.
Can I bring a guest to the Summit and networking events?
All attendees at the Summit and networking events must be registered attendees who purchased tickets.
Can I send a substitute in my place?
You may send a substitute in your place through April 10, 2026. All such requests must be submitted to the Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ Team here. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.
What is the refund policy?
If you must cancel your registration, you will be refunded the amount less a 20% handling fee per registration, provided that written notice of cancellation is received by March 6, 2026. Past March 6, 2026 until April 10, 2026, 50% of the paid ticket price will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after April 10, 2026, but we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee stating their intention to transfer registration to a named individual by April 10, 2026.
Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or refunds must be received in writing and submitted here. Attendance may be denied if complete funds are not received by April 10, 2026.
NOTE: If you cancel or transfer your event registration, you are responsible for updating or transferring your own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.
In the unlikely event Great Place To Work needs to cancel the Summit, paid registration fees will be fully refunded. Great Place To Work's liability is limited to the return of these fees.

Where should I stay?
Book your hotel accommodations at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World and take advantage of our special group rate starting at $195–$295 USD/night (plus taxes and fees). Room block rates are available until March 20, 2026 and subject to availability.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Hotel reservations made in the Great Place To Work For All Summit room block at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of your arrival date will forfeit the one (1) night's room rate + tax deposit.

What are the recommended travel dates?
We recommend arriving the morning of Tuesday, April 21, 2026. This allows time to check in, pick up your event badge, and join curated networking and activations at 1:00 p.m., the Opening Session at 5:00 p.m., followed by the Welcome Mixer. Event badges are required for entry.
The Closing Reception concludes around 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026. For a smooth departure, we suggest booking flights no earlier than 6:30 p.m. that evening.

What kind of topics will be covered?
The Great Place to Work® For All™ Summit highlights how companies across industries create great workplaces for all — unlocking business performance in the process. Leaders share real-world examples of using Trust Index™ insights to make data-driven decisions that improve productivity, agility, and innovation.
What kind of sessions will there be?
There will be a mix of mainstage sessions where you’ll hear from industry leaders driving culture and performance and focus sessions where you’ll go deeper on people strategies and tools that fuel growth.
Mainstage sessions are first come, first seated. If there is no longer seating within the mainstage sessions, there will be an overflow room available as well as Braindates.
Focus sessions are concurrent breakouts. When you register for your Summit ticket, you will choose between one of three focus session programming: the Great Place To Work Effect, the Executive Leader Experience (for CEOs and C-suite leaders of mid-sized companies), or the ERG Experience (for ERG leaders, executive sponsors, and members) .

What are Braindates?
Braindates are knowledge-sharing conversations that you host or book with others to have one-on-one or in small groups. Before and during the event, attendees can post or join topics related to anything you’re hoping to share and discuss at the event.
Is there an event mobile app?
Yes, you will receive more details on the event mobile app as we approach Summit. The app will contain everything you need to plan your experience, including access to session descriptions and speaker bios, the ability to create your own personalized agenda, and a directory of attendees so you can start building your network.

Can I take my own video or photos of the Summit?
Attendees are welcome to take videos to capture moments and insights that will be most valuable to bring back and share. However, we ask that you refrain from any filming that might cause distraction to speakers and fellow attendees.

Can I receive professional development credit hours for attending?
Yes, Great Place To Work® is recognized by both SHRM and HRCI to offer professional development credit hours for attending the For All Summit™.
